Everyone is very friendly and very helpful .The resident were clean and happy.A great place to tour and come see how much fun they have there!!!! You certainly can tell the residents are well taken care of there and that is what really matters! A GREAT BIG FAMILY!!!!

I believe that the staff needs to be drug tested ASAP. I know of some staff here that go out and do things they should not be doing. Please look into this.

They were easy to reach in an emergency. When I called they answered right away and I was so relieved to hear a friendly voice. It was easy to get the appointment time that worked for my schedule. I didn't wait long at all. My appointment started on time, and the wait was much shorter than other offices I have been to. The restrooms were very well-stocked at this provider's office. They always have toilet seat covers, paper towels and toilet paper and never run out.

One area of improvement that this business is in dire need of is revamping their building to make it more handicap-accessible. It seemed extremely out-of-date and a little unsafe as well. They left me completely alone for a long time and I became very nervous. Every time I would start talking about my circumstances, they would argue with me or get mad. I was scared to say anything because I didn't want to make them upset. It was not easy to reach them in an emergency. I had to call several times before I finally reached them. Every time I visit, I have to remind them why I'm visiting them. It makes me feel like they don't care about me.
