I love that I can always get an appointment right away, and I never have to worry about them rescheduling it. They were by far one of the best I've ever seen in their field. It was obvious that they've been exceeding their clients' expectations for many years. They always make an extra effort to be polite and courteous. They always make sure to return my phone call as soon as possible. They've never left me waiting. They were always very considerate and professional.

From the minute I brought my wife to Cranford health they paid close attention to me and all of my questions were answered. Their staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better.The facility is very easy to locate and has beautiful park like grounds. I have had an amazing experience and have continued to volunteer evn though my wife has passed away. Cranford Health is like an extended family to me.

I have visted several of these facilties in various parts of NJ and after giving consideration to all aspects of each one, Cranford Health and Extended Care is by far the best around. The attendants are very caring and provide excellent performance for the well being of the patients. My Mom has been there for 6 months now and she has made a remarkable turn-around in her state of mind. I would highly recommend this facility to anyone who has an elderly loved one that needs special care.

I was pretty surprised with how far away this business was from everything. It took me forever to get there and I kept getting lost. Their office was nice and quiet. I was worried it would be overly loud but it was fine. The restrooms at this provider's office were clean and well-maintained. You could tell that they cleaned them regularly.
