As soon as I walked through the door, I was immediately greeted by the friendly staff. They went out of their way to make me feel special and appreciated. They went out of their way to make me feel special and respected, and were very sympathetic to my situation. I've never seen more kindness and empathy anywhere else. I never had to doubt their qualifications. They made their credentials completely obvious, which made me feel a lot safer. They would never suggest that I buy something that wasn't necessary, and never pressured me. They were always very considerate and professional.
