Let me just say that this business is in one of the safest areas around and you will be pleasantly surprised at how lovely the surroundings are. They have a very good professional reputation. I know that my Mom is under the care of an expert. The waiting room here is spacious.
My Mom is usually somewhat sensitive to the cold, so I was a little worried that their rooms would be too cold, but it was fine. My Mom is very happy here.

I give this facility no stars as the nursing staff was not able to even recognize the symptoms of a urinary tract infection. As a result, my mother died five days later of complications resulting from this. She was diabetic, but they never gave her diabetic meals. Their answer to this was to just give insulin shots. When I told them my mother was not going to survive the day, they said don't worry about getting her things out of the room yet. A few days later, we got a bill for the day she died. Talk about compassion!! I will never set foot in that facility again and hope that others will not either. Anyone know a good lawyer???
