They lied to me about the price on the day we moved our family member in. My family member was injured in the facility by another resident and ended up with a broken arm and broken pubic bone and yet the facility asked me to hold onto the wheelchair since the locks did not work. WHAT? Now twice they have messed up delivering my family member to a doctor appt. even though I had taken vacation time off to meet them there. On top of this, they have increased the price almost 300%
