I am not sure who runs this facility, but I was disgusted by the lack of cleanliness. I felt for every patient in there as it seemed like a dumping ground for patients on medicaid. The State of NC needs to follow-up on these facilities. I am sure the staff is overworked and underpaid. I delt with one very helpful CNA and Nurse. I cannot say they were the friendliest people, however they answered most of my questions but I could have used more information. My Father's needs were met at a minimal level. The staff did not communicate well with the family.
I was also informed from another patient (there for only physical therapy) that the food was aweful. Our family worked hard to remove my father from this facility. I believe the state of NC needs to keep a closer eye on this facility.

All the time, and they usually don't notify me until right before my scheduled appointment

The wait wasn't terrible, but it wasn't the best

No. It took me several times to get through.
