My mother recently spent time in Lincolnton’s Brian Center rehabbing from a hip replacement. We were so impressed with the facility, but what was even more pleasing was how wonderful she was cared for during her stay. Everyone in the Center, including the physician, nurses, nurses’ aids, therapists (physical, occupational) and their assistants, food services personnel, patient care advocates, and housekeepers were not only competent, but also kind and helpful. We were so impressed with how quickly everyone responded to my mother’s needs to ensure that she was comfortable and served with love and care. It was the most pleasant rehabilitation experience my family has ever witnessed in our many visits over the years.

I was a patient at The Brian Center until February 20, 2015 due to a broken leg. I wanted to let people know that this was a wonderful experience. The staff was both courteous and professional. The facility itself was always clean. I had the chance to observe the interaction between the staff and both rehab patients and permanent patients. Every person was treated respectfully and they were kept clean and dressed at all times. The physical therapy department was wonderful. They were encouraging and cheerful at all times. I was always made to feel that I was doing a good job at achieving my recovery. Even though the Center is a very busy place, every effort was made to respond as quickly as possible to any request made. I cannot say enough good things about the Brian Center. If I were told that I had to go into a nursing home, I would have no problem choosing the Brian Center in Lincolnton. I made some wonderful friends with both patients and staff. Once I am able to drive again, I plan on visiting the Center just to be able to reconnect with these wonderful people.

I was satisfied with my visit. They were helpful and I left feeling encouraged. It is good to visit a provider that you can tell cares about their patients. They strive to maintain a professional appearance and look good most of the time. It was nice to see them treat their staff with respect. Whenever I make an appointment, they are generally ready for me at my scheduled time.

The patients tell the true story - no one likes to be away from home - the staff at this specific Brian Center on South Generals Blvd, Lincolnton - are attentive and caring and their mission is to care for the recovery and health of their charges. No everything can be perfect or always on time, but this facility strives to do its best every single day. I have visited other facilities that were honestly frightful - I am glad my mom is being taken care of.

The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all. Just as a side note, this business is really conveniently located and is close to everything. It is right off and freeway and close to all kinds of shops. I was able to do my shopping for the week right after my appointment. They went out of their way to make me feel special and respected, and were very sympathetic to my situation. I've never seen more kindness and empathy anywhere else. I could tell that they took pride in their office's appearance. It was very well organized and well taken care of. They always go above and beyond to help me with anything I need. They never complain about anything, and I know I can always count on them.

The staff didn't seem to know very much, they couldn't ever answer my questions

I usually have to wait on hold for quite a while, but not as long as some other places
