The entire staff was extremely helpful, kind and professional all the way through my relations illness. We were there everyday and treated as family by everyone from Nursing to maintenance. I would rate this place close to the top in the Pittsburgh area without blinking an eye.

I am impressed with the cleanliness of Baldwin Health Center. Whoever is in charge of maintaince does a phenominal job. That is the first thing people notice upon entering any facility. Great job!

They would never do that! Their full attention is always on me.

The nurses do not communicate to the other shifts about patients. My grandmothers dialysis time was moved to in the am and the am shift did not know so she was not outside for her ride. We have told numerous nurses and her dialysis center called and told them. My grandmother has also just gotten over pneumonia and needs breathing breathing treatments and it's like pulling teeth. She is also a diabetic and they're giving her regular sugar and juices so her sugar is over 300 all the time.
