Some of my fondest childhood memories are of visiting Dr Herbison's office. I am now 34 and love him like a father. I have nothing but fond memories of his friendly office. When I moved away for ten years I was shocked to realize that most dentists in the world were not like him. I am very glad to be back and in the excellant care of Dr Herbison and his staff. He is honest and cares about each and every patient. It sounds crazy but i look forward to going to the dentist!

They gave me all the information I needed about fees and payment plans before they scheduled my treatment. I appreciated them giving me enough information to consider my options before paying for it. It was so nice to arrive and see many fully qualified staff members. I've gone to some places that were very understaffed and I've never had a good experience. This place had a great staff though, and I'll definitely be going back. I always have the best experience every time I have an appointment here. Although I have not had much to complain about, I have noticed that they strongly adhere to the customer is always right policy and if anything goes wrong make every effort to correct the situation. Every time I come here they always remember me by name and greet me as soon as I walk in the door, even if it's been months since my last appointment. They are so thoughtful and amazingly sweet, I just love this place. I am going to refer everyone I know here. I absolutely love this place.

He is meticulous when doing crown work. He cares about your oral health and how your teeth feel to you. I would recommend him to anyone and have. Many of my friends now go to Dr. Herbison.
