I was able to relax during my appointment here. Everyone makes sure you are comfortable and at ease. I felt better than I have in years when I left. I couldn't believe the difference they were able to make. I didn't wait long at all. My appointment started on time, and the wait was much shorter than other offices I have been to. They are an absolute expert in the field. I would never feel unsafe or apprehensive in their care. They make an extra effort to get to know their patients and find out what they need. They always remember me and make me feel very important.

I found the office, but only because I had simple, very clear directions. I wish it had been easier to locate. They gave less care as others I have been to for the same problem. I was somewhat uneasy during my appointment. The initial exam was brief and I did not return.

Dr. Ziegler actually took the time to learn all the details and background of my neck issue, before making recommendations or doing any chiropractic treatment. He enabled me to heal completely, and armed me with the knowledge to avoid recurrence of the problem in the future. It was clearly evident to me how important it is to him to understand the patient completely, in order to treat them as a whole person rather than just a symptom or condition. I was initially nervous, this being the first time I had seen a chiropractor, and having heard horror stories of chiropractors' behavior being questionable. But my concern was unnecessary - Dr. Z is very energetic, but also very professional and knowledgeable. His specific recommendations to increase my fluid intake and take certain specific vitamin/mineral supplements helped immensely to resolve not only the problem I went in for, but also my dysmenorrhea and IBS that I had suffered with for years and YEARS. I had been to several other doctors for these conditions previously, and they had only ever offered me prescription drugs. Dr. Ziegler addressed EVERYTHING, not just the neck pain and headaches I had gone in for, and ended up helping me resolve these problems without any drugs or side effects, and without any continued dependence on doctors. He is a competent practitioner and genuinely cares about his patients - that was very clear. I am so grateful.

Dr. Ziegler,

FIVE STARS!!!!! I would like to take this opportunity to thank you for your outstanding medical care!! Your amazing medical treatment led to a full recovery from years of back and neck pain. It was my first experience with a doctor that listened to my concerns in detail and worked on a mutual beneficial treatment together. Your attention to detail and bed side manner should be the standard for all physicians.

Dr. Ziegler makes you feel comfortable, and almost immediately confident in his ability. He took me through every step of the treatment process, and today, on my second appointment (and first treatment), my back feels great. I lifted some boxes the wrong way, and for the last two weeks, I have been in pain. I couldn't bend my back or it would hurt, and after today's treatment, I walked out of his office able to bend my back without pain. Would recommend to anyone!!

I went to Dr. Zeigler with a dire need of physical therapy. I had severely torn part of my patellar tendon and had been unable to return to full exercise for 7 months. I can happily say that I am able to run and bike and dance(!) now without fear of re-straining my leg. That I have finally recovered after so long is amazing and I am truly grateful, but not the sole focus of this review. I would recommend him first for his expertise, but also for his friendliness, ability to empathize, and generosity. Basically, the way he treats his patients is outstanding and a trait in doctors rare to come by. He always took time to talk with me, and thus I never felt like just another nameless patient, pigeon-holed into certain treatment procedures. Even when he was rushing around seeing a handful of patients, he still took time to chat about other health-related issues, not pertinent to the present visit. He was also very kind to me with my insurance problems and made me feel that we were working together to figure out the best option, rather than leaving me on my own or turning me away. As for the rest of his office, I can attest to the friendliness of his receptionists/nurses who greatly enhanced the office atmosphere. Overall, the experience of getting physical therapy at the Advanced Health Center was wonderful and I rate the care with 5 stars.
