The staff was extremely welcoming and accommodating. Really friendly, warm people. The doctor was very friendly, and made me feel welcome. I really appreciated their outgoing attitude. I was so impressed with what was accomplished after just one visit; I left feeling extremely satisfied.

My son broke his arm while snowboarding. The ski patrol referred us to Dr. Eilers and called ahead for us. I'm very grateful this happened during business hours because we got in relatively quickly, Dr. Eilers and his nurse were very efficient and knowledgeable, and they casted my son themselves. The cast was perfect. Dr. Eilers prescribed the right amount of anti-inflammatory and pain medications. They were very clear about our next step and sent us on our way with x-rays.

I hope we never need medical care again while skiing at Snowshoe, but if we do, I wouldn't hesitate to seek care with Dr. Eilers

I didn't have to wait very long after I arrived for my appointment. They were running right on time for an unscheduled visit. There was no annoying music playing while I waited or during my visit. They made sure every question and concern I had was addressed. They were able to answer most of my questions.
