Not a kid friendly place at all. My son was referred to Dr Lautman for ear tubes. Every appointment we waited 1-2 hours. The surgery was scheduled for 8am, but the day before it got rescheduled for 10 - ok now my 2 year old can't eat until after 10am, fine...but then the dr was almost an hour late.
We scheduled our 3rd follow-up today for 1st thing in the morning to avoid waiting...we were still there for 1 hour and 20 minutes before he saw my son for 5 minutes. Dr's response, "The average wait time nationally for an ENT is over an hour", and "You must be having a bad day". Well yes, waiting at your office for over an hour with my 2 year old AGAIN, has put quite the damper on my morning.
HE HAS NO RESPECT FOR ANYONE'S TIME, BUT HIS OWN! DO NOT SEE DR LAUTMAN!!!!!
