Dr. Bennion barely gave me any information at all unless I pried to get it out of him. It appears his frequent routine is to test your hearing, put in tubes, and send you on your way. Staff was friendly, but they didn't go out of their way to help me by answering the questions I posed to them. I feel like my surgery was unneeded. It didn't correct the initial problem and, in turn, brought about additional complications. I just saw a new doctor who is concerned about hearing loss. Wish that same level of concern would have been shown at Bennion's office sooner. Maybe I wouldn't be dealing with the issues I am right now had there been appropriate treatment or any effort to follow-up with me.

They always go above and beyond to help me with anything I need. They never complain about anything, and I know I can always count on them. It was very easy to get an appointment. They have a very flexible schedule and get me in quickly every time. They make an extra effort to get to know their patients and find out what they need. They always remember me and make me feel very important. They were by far one of the best I've ever seen in their field. It was obvious that they've been exceeding their clients' expectations for many years.

I have had a rather complicated string of medical problems. Dr. Bennion and his staff were able to pinpoint the cause and get me back up on my feet. His nurses and office were very courteous and always returned my calls promptly. He also spent much time with me personally, which I liked a lot. I would recommend Dr. Bennion's office to anyone.

Everyone in my community knows that they are the absolute best in the field. I've already told my friends and family about the fantastic experience I had there. They always go above and beyond to help me with anything I need. They never complain about anything, and I know I can always count on them. I really admire them for being more than willing to ask for help from other professionals in the field when they don't have an answer to my question. They aren't even slightly arrogant, and I'm confident they always have my best interest at heart. They always make an extra effort to make me feel respected and attended to. They always listen to every question or concern I may have.
