Nothing against Dr. Larsen or his PA they are great.

My husband went in for some blood work after his first initial visit.
He was called a 5 days later. The receptionist or nurse said to him "I"ve got bad news for you. My husband got upset. She says we miss marked or miss placed your blood sample. You need to come back in.
He goes back in a couple weeks later. He has 3 vials of blood drawn on a friday. One week goes by no phone call from the doc. the second week my husband calls and leaves a message. Gets no return call. I call on Friday of that week and talk to the receptionist. She says oh some of the results aren't back. I need to call the hospital. She said I will call you back on monday. I said make sure you call my husband. I gave her his phone #. I said make sure you call him. Well today is wednesday of the 3rd week. No calls from the office. My insurance has been billed and has paid. We know nothing!!!! My husband tried to call today the office is closed. So he left a message asking if he just needs to find a new doctor.

Dr. Larsen is very knowledgeable and attentive to my needs. He pinned my problem quickly and I'm feeling much better. His staff are very cordial.

Both the doctor and staff here are extremely friendly and welcoming. They put in the extra effort to make me feel valued and important. I will definitely recommend this doctor to people I know. Their staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. me stress level went from 10 to 1 after being treated by Dr L. !!!

I never have to worry about them using old or outdated equipment. Their equipment is high-quality and very advanced. I was able to relax during my appointment here. Everyone makes sure you are comfortable and at ease. They were so easy to reach in an emergency, they answered my call immediately. It is a relief to know that I can count on them to always be there for me when I need them the most. They are an absolute expert in the field. I would never feel unsafe or apprehensive in their care. I'm usually somewhat sensitive to the cold, so I was a little worried that their office would be too cold, but it was fine. I was very comfortable the entire time.

My visit went fine. They sent me for a cat scan and it has been 10 days with no calls on my results. I have been calling them and asking to talk to doc but he is always out or with someone and is supposed to call back but has not yet. It is driving my crazy because I am in pain and want to get better. After several calls to the receptionist someone should have taken my call or got back to me by now
