They seemed to know what they were talking about most of the time, but I still wasn't very comfortable. The office was easy enough to find. They were cold and not friendly enough. I'm usually somewhat sensitive to the cold, so I was a little worried that their office would be too cold, but it was fine. I was very comfortable the entire time. They weren't very understanding or caring, and they didn't show empathy for my situation. I could tell I wasn't their primary concern.
