They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I need answered, he returns my calls with the answers to my concerns. Their staff is very friendly and professional. I feel a lot more confident and hopeful about future visits. The MD and staff are very caring to the needs of the patients, i was very pleased on how well he took care of me through out my pregnancy i would and have recommended others. The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all.

They go out of their way to make everyone feel equally respected and cared for. I've seen client favoritism at some of the other places I've been, and I really appreciate the extra effort they make to avoid that here. They always have an immediate answer for me when I call with a question. They would never try to get me to make an appointment unless I really needed one. I didn't have to wait at all after I arrived for my appointment. They were running right on time, which is a really big deal for me. I don't think I have ever been put on hold here for a long time and am so impressed with how quickly all of my questions are answered. There's nothing worse than having to wait on hold for a half an hour just to get someone to talk to you. I always have the best experience every time I have an appointment here. Although I have not had much to complain about, I have noticed that they strongly adhere to the customer is always right policy and if anything goes wrong make every effort to correct the situation.
