I wish there were a "10 Star" rating. This is the best doctor I have ever dealt with in all my 61 years. My family doc told me that my symptoms were "stress" related. Well, I have as much "stress" as tthe next guy but I, along with my Registered Nurse wife, knew there was something going on besides stress. I found Dr Rensimer and he quickly and correctly diagnosed my Lyme disease I had acquired from multiple tick bites out in the Texas Hill Country. We began an agressive antibiotic therapy and within 12 weeks I had my normal life back and remain symptom free to this day. I HIGHLY recommend Dr Rensimer and his staff to anyone seeking top-notch medical care. Bob Christopher 713-569-9666

The ER doc wanted to send me home with a high fever and pain. Dr Rensimer insisted on additional tests to determine the cause and made the correct diagnosis. I probably would have died from renal failure if I had gone home. Dr. Rensimer's background in infectious diseases enabled him to properly treat the infections created (this included hospital for a week followed by home treatment). On follow up visits he took the time to listen and work toward a comprehensive solution. I am now completely healed with no permanent ailments.

They are an absolute expert in the field. I would never feel unsafe or apprehensive in their care. They always make an extra effort to make me feel respected and attended to. They always listen to every question or concern I may have. I highly recommend Dr. Rensimer & his staff!

They never left me for an extended period of time and I never felt ignored. The staff really knows what they're doing, and they know a lot about the company they work for. They're able to answer most of my questions, and the only ones they don't are the ones they need their boss's approval for. I felt very safe in their care. I definitely trust them. They're always able to answer simple questions over the phone. They only make me schedule appointments if necessary. They always take that extra step to make me feel special. I always enjoy my appointments here. Dr. Rensimer is the smartest and most thorough doctor I have encountered in my 72 years. For every one of my over 24 visits he always took the time to talk to me and explain the procedures and answer my questions. On my first visit another patient in the waiting room volunteered that Rensimer had saved his life by detecting a heart valve problem no other doctor had noticed. A great doctor.

I have been a patient of Dr. Rensimer since 2005, when I was admitted to Memorial Hermann Memorial City hospital in septic shock. The infection was so severe that my kidneys had started to fail. Had it not been for the tireless efforts and tenacity of Dr.Rensimer at crazy hours of the day and night to find the correct combination of antibiotics and other medications, I would not be around to write this note.
Dr .Rensimer continued to treat me through long -term acute care and later as a outpatient. He is thorough and uncompromising when it comes to the well-being of his patients. I suspect that sometimes raises the ire of his colleagues, but I am aware of at least three other patients who feel about him exactly as I do.
I have continued to see Dr. Rensimer for regular exams since. He and his office staff remain efficient and caring even when my needs are simply routine tests.
I highly recommend Dr. Rensimer to anyone who needs or wants to be treated by best and smartest.
