Trinity Clinic is big, and busy. I am just entering the Medicare phase of my life and am generally healthy. Dr Smith and her staff seem attentive to my needs. She is alert to preventative medicine (flu, pneumonia shot, general physical) She listens well to my questions, although she is often time constricted. She was open to a second referral when I mentioned I did not like the expensive tests and course of action suggested by a specific physician.

I wasn't greeted at all when I entered their office. I could tell they noticed I walked in, but they still didn't acknowledge me. The staff made it completely obvious that they didn't respect Sally Smith, MD. It made me uncomfortable and I wasn't sure if I wanted to return. They weren't careful at all, and I was in a lot of pain after my appointment. They could've used quite a few more staff members. They were very understaffed and I ended up having to wait quite awhile. The doctor is an idiot!!
