Sometimes, they should allow for more time in between appointments

I was left alone for a while, but it wasn't too long

They're always able to answer simple questions over the phone. They only make me schedule appointments if necessary. Dr Dwayne Williams is an absolute expert in the field. I would never feel unsafe or apprehensive in his care. Whenever I make an appointment, I'm always confident that they're going to make me wait at least 45 min to 1 1/2 hours past my scheduled time. At other places I've been to, they do inform you if they need to postpone my appointment, here they just make you wait. I was very satisfied with the doctor during my visit. its the staff who is my concern.

I've never had to worry about them being understaffed or not being able to help me right when I need it. They have a huge staff that's very knowledgeable and qualified. I felt that they really valued my health and happiness because they followed up even after my appointment just to check up on me. It was such a nice gesture that made a huge difference. They always have an immediate answer for me when I call with a question. They would never try to get me to make an appointment unless I really needed one. I am going to refer everyone I know here. I absolutely love this place. The restrooms at this office were spotless. It smelled amazing in there and looked immaculate.

They are an absolute expert in the field. I would never feel unsafe or apprehensive in their care. There was no annoying music playing while I waited or during my visit. I appreciated that they didn't have that typical elevator music on. There was lots of available parking at their office. I was glad that I didn't have to drive around looking for parking.

I felt very safe with the office location. Dr. D. Williams is by far the best physician I have been to in awhile. He addressed every issue we discussed and made referrals for the right trearments, and little did I know I was just a time bomb waiting to happen.I have followed through with my referrals and in doing so I also bragged about how wonderful heis and I referred and orr recommended several people to his office. The staff is good and I know I am on a winning team. So, I thank the people I saw in the Lab who said go to Dr. Williams he's great. They call him the miracle worker. And I do agree..
