There was lots of available parking at their office. I was glad that I didn't have to drive around looking for parking. The waiting room here is spacious. I never feel like I have to sit too close to someone or that it is overcrowded. They have really great customer service here. They always put their customers first, regardless of the situation. They answered my questions and spent a lot of time with me. I didn't feel like they were trying to rush my appointment at all.
