Dr. Ecko listens. He takes time with his patients. I have lupus and have bad days and he always takeS that into consideration. He treats me like a person and is understanding to my needs. I finally found a doctor who understands my disease!

They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered. They make an extra effort to get to know their patients and find out what they need. They always remember me and make me feel very important. I was pretty surprised with how far away this business was from everything. It took me forever to get there and I kept getting lost. I was very impressed with their advanced and sophisticated equipment. You can tell they only want the best for their patients. They went out of their way to make me feel special and respected, and were very sympathetic to my situation. I've never seen more kindness and empathy anywhere else.

I felt that they really valued my health and happiness because they followed up even after my appointment just to check up on me. It was such a nice gesture that made a huge difference. They were so easy to reach in an emergency, they answered my call immediately. It is a relief to know that I can count on them to always be there for me when I need them the most. They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered. Their staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better. They always have an immediate answer for me when I call with a question. They would never try to get me to make an appointment unless I really needed one.
