I could tell that they took pride in their office's appearance. It was very well organized and well taken care of. They gave me a cost estimate for my procedure right away, and it was extremely accurate. I didn't end up paying a cent more than they said I would. As soon as I walked in the door, I could tell that Felice Moody, MD was very respected by all the nurses and the staff. I immediately knew I was under the care of a kind, caring doctor. They make an extra effort to get to know their patients and find out what they need. They always remember me and make me feel very important. I knew I was getting top-of-the-line treatment when they told me about what they learned at the latest conference they attended, and how they were incorporating that knowledge into the practice.

The waiting area here is extremely spacious. There is never overcrowding and everything is spaced appropriately. As soon as I walked in the door, I could tell that Felice Moody, MD was very respected by all the nurses and the staff. I immediately knew I was under the care of a kind, caring doctor.

This provider has helpful information available online, which is really convenient. They have a good website and online presence. I was amazed at how wonderfully they treated each of their staff members. They were so appreciative and thankful. I've never seen any employer treat their staff better, and it made me want to come back that much more. They were absolutely amazing and make others in the same field look like beginners. I didn't experience a single complication after my surgery. I had a very short recovery period too. They are completely committed to helping me as long as it takes to find the best solution. I never have to worry that they'll back out or give up if a solution isn't reached immediately, which has been a problem for me at other places.
