Dr. Busquets and his staff are very courteous and professional. I receive the highest level of care at every visit. Dr. Busquets always takes the time to explain how my condition is responding to treatment. I would recommend him and his practice to anyone in need of an ophthalmologist!

Everyone there was so super nice & very supportive they explaned the tests i was getting throughly the doctor explained my eye problem very well so i could understand easily i didnt even have to ask him any questions about the proceedure i am getting in 2 weeks i would recommend aio to all my friends snd family

I am very satisfied with my visit today. The staff and Dr. Busquets are always personable, and I have gotten to know some of the staff who have worked here for a while, and I can talk to them not only about my eyes, but also about my family. The waiting room isn't as full as it used to be, and I'm always seen in a reasonable amount of time. I didn't like the check in kiosks at first, but I have gotten used to them.

Based on past experience coming with my son, everything was faster today. There wasn't much waiting between steps. Everyone explained what they were doing and made me feel at ease. I value Dr. Busquets' opinion, and I'm hoping that he can correct my problem.

Dr. Busquets adds a personal touch to my complicated eye condition, and seems to care about my general well-being. I've been to other retina practices in Pittsburgh, and this place is top notch, and by far has the shortest wait times. Personable staff, free parking, and free snacks are just a few of the things that set this practice apart from the rest. This practice is very modern and has the best technology. Thank you Dr. Busquets for saving my vision!

I arrived & was taken to the examine area very quickly by friendly staff. She was very friendly. She explained the process & put in my eye drops. I was taken quickly into the next step of the process which, also, went well. My time in the waiting area was short. Then I was escorted to the doctors exam room where I met with my doctor. He performed the exam & made comments & recommendations. Overall, it was a satisfying and comfortable experience.

The girl that first took me in to dilate my eyes, I wasn't very happy with her. Otherwise everything was fine. If you need to get a shot in your eye, this is the place to come. It sure beats going to Oakland!

I have been experiencing significant vision loss in my left eye for a couple of years. I had five retinal detachments which were treated at Eye and Ear in Pittsburgh. Each was successful. but the acuity continued to degrade. Dr. Busquets adopted a more aggressive treatment which has stopped the loss. I just had surgery ay AIO and am on the path to recover some of the loss. Dr. Bisquets is a competent and caring physician who goes to great lengths to assure that I understand every procedure and treatment. The staff at AIO is cordial and helpful and the facility and equipment are second to none. I and all my family members will continue to take advantage of AIO as needed. I thank my optometrist, Dr. Grisnik for the informed referral.

The only concern with today's visit is the wait time - 2:45 for the appt. Otherwise, the staff and facility are exceptional - friendly, personable and very professional.
