I was referred to them & various other othopedic surgical associates by a doctor seeking outside chronic pain management, & now have records all over York & Adams counties I need to obtain. I am hoping to reach them to obtain a release of records form to send to me in Florida & need them to get in touch with me or find means to get in touch with them. They were a very excellent service & I would rate them highly.
