They answered most of my questions but I could have used more information. I felt like I was being rushed through when my turn came up to be seen. Their staff was friendly enough. I felt like my needs were mostly met, but they didn't make any extra effort to get back to me with the status of my lab work. Constant phone calls were made to the office requesting my lab work results and I would get the run around. If I were in some kind of an emergency I would go to the emergency room. Otherwise, I'm going to look for another GYN that handles their patients more efficiently.
