He cares for you and is very smart. I have very bad tremors that another neurologist told me there was nothing he could do. Dr. Gould gave meds and now my tremors are under control and I can go out in public again without being starred at!

No, he/she did not appear to care very much

Absolutely not!! They never listen to customers complaints and argue with them

No, If I had known how terrible they were I never would have gone.

The staff is cold. Wait time is within reason approx.15 mins. Office is normally pleasant.

However, Dr. Gould is very unfriendly and he would rush our visits. I finally got tired of giving him the benifit of the doubt and went elsewhere.

I would NOT recommend him.
