I love that they are always more than happy to answer my questions, and actually welcome questions. I've felt awkward at some other places I've visited when I've tried to ask a lot of questions, but not here. Their office was clean enough, nothing special though. They're always able to answer simple questions over the phone. They only make me schedule appointments if necessary. The waiting room had TV's, toys and magazines. It was pretty well-stocked and my child did not get bored. There was lots of available parking at their office. I was glad that I didn't have to drive around looking for parking.
