Office staff needs a lesson in manners! Very rude and not friendly! Hire someone who cares about there job!

I usually get back within 15 minutes of arriving, but often wait around 15 minutes for the Dr. once inside the exam room. They aren't even slightly arrogant, and I'm confident they always have my best interest at heart. I've only had an occassion when it snowed and I waited at the office, and no one ever arrived. They always try to get me in as soon as possible. I love that I can always get an appointment right away, and I never have to worry about them rescheduling it.
