Set up appointment easily on-line. My waiting time was about 5 minutes. Dr. Friedman took care of my problem quickly, painlessly, and effectively. (I had hearing loss in one ear.)

I have Medicare and GHI, and there was no out-of-pocket charge at all.

I was very disappointed at how unresponsive they were. They didn't answer any of my questions during the appointment. I'm not always sure that they're going to work with me until they find a solution, and sometimes it seems like they're going to give up on trying to help me. I don't feel like I can always count on them. If I compare them to others in their field, I wouldn't say they're the worst, but they're definitely not the best. Their office was nice and quiet. I was worried it would be overly loud but it was fine.

They diagnosed my condition very quickly. I felt better as soon as I left. I could tell that they took pride in their office's appearance. It was very well organized and well taken care of. It was nice to hear how much the staff respected them. It made me that much more confident that I was under the care of a professional. I always have the best experience every time I have an appointment here. Although I have not had much to complain about, I have noticed that they strongly adhere to the customer is always right policy and if anything goes wrong make every effort to correct the situation.
