They seem to treat all their clients equally and without favoritism. The wait can be long. It's a busy practice, but worth the time. Dr. Gluck is competent, willing to talk and helpful, even if behind schedule.

Silly me for choosing the first doctor available for an appointment. I should have waited longer and done better research.

Called ahead to confirm that this was the kind of specialist I needed, asking if it were an ob/gyn related issue instead, and the receptionist said that no, I should definitely come here; he can take care of me.

Got to the office and waited a very long time with rousing opera blasting from the speakers- not exactly soothing/comforting, at least to me.

When I was finally called in, he probably spent less than a minute with me, did NOT close the door, and handed me some antibiotics even though he said no bacteria was found in my urine sample! When I questioned the legitimacy of this, he (as he was literally walking out the door and not making eye contact, rushing me along) assured me that it wasn't that powerful of an antibiotic, so it should be fine.

He didn't answer a single one of my questions, gave me no tips on preventative measures or alternative methods of treatment, and when I asked if my symptoms could be anything else, he said "yes, maybe" but gave me no further details- this was in the hallway as he was walking away, in front of everybody. And then- the icing on the cake- was that since "he didn't really know" what my problem was, I should go see an ob/gyn instead- UM why didn't you tell me that in the first place when I called!

I was extremely unhappy with the service- felt rushed, mistreated, and violated in the way that my issue was handled, especially since I was a first time patient and had never had an issue like this before. I cried when I walked out of the door, half because of his poor bedside manner, and half because I felt so terribly guilty for having a malfunctioning body and impulsively choosing a doctor.

I'll take the antibiotic and hope that it works, though I'm still incredibly confused and alarmed by what occurred today. And left with no idea about what to do in the meantime.

I was very satisfied with my visit. They were helpful and I left feeling encouraged. The office was easy enough to find. Let me just say that this business is in one of the safest areas around and you will be pleasantly surprised at how lovely the surroundings are. I spend a little too much time in the waiting room. I've waited longer at other offices, but I was hoping to be seen sooner. It was nice to hear how much the staff respected them. It made me that much more confident that I was under the care of a professional.
