I was treated for testoserone replacement therapy, but I was not told that the treatment would lower my sperm count. It made it impossible to get pregnant for over a year!

They barely gave me any information at all. I'm going to have to do my own research to get my questions answered. Their staff was not friendly at all, I didn't feel welcome there. They didn't help me as much as I was hoping and didn't answer all my questions. I was scheduled for a cystoscopy but never told how to prepare for it -- I had to call back and ask. They're completely disorganized -- I made an appointment to see one doctor, was told when I arrived that I'd see another, and then after TWO HOURS saw a different doctor. They scheduled me for a sonogram and then when I arrived, told me I couldn't have it there because my insurance wouldn't cover an in-office procedure. The employees are hostile and incompetent; it's worse than the DMV.

They were one of the kindest, most caring staff I've ever dealt with. It didn't matter how many times I called with a question or concern, they were always happy to help me. They were able to get me in for my appointment very quickly. I spent less than a minute in their waiting room. They always take that extra step to make me feel special. I always enjoy my appointments here. They had quite a few interesting magazines, which made my time in the waiting room go by much faster. They gave me sufficient information to make a decision about my treatment plan.
