Absolutely, they always make me feel like I'm their only patient.

He/she would never do that! Their full attention is always on me.

I enjoy visiting Dr. Hershon office, i like the area and the staff are helpful, when it come time for fax or letter to get submitted to any other office they are very helpful. The doctor also has a good spirit and is human freindly, he is my sons doctor and when I come in he asks about my son.

The staff really knows what they're doing, and they know a lot about the company they work for. They're able to answer most of my questions, and the only ones they don't are the ones they need their boss's approval for. Their primary concern is my safety and comfort, and they always take the time to address every concern of mine immediately. They are always prepared for my appointment and remember everything about me. They gave me sufficient information to make a decision about my treatment plan. I don't know of anywhere else that would've taken better care of me. I had a great experience.
