I called today to make an appointment. I was spoken to very rudely. I was asked if I was a new patient of a doctor. I told the woman I had never been to the hospital. Then she tells me "this isn't a hospital, it's an office" at first I thought to laugh but realized this woman was trying to belittle me. I was asked to wait a month before the next available appointment. I cannot wait that long in my condition. I told the woman I wouldn't be scheduling the appt she responded with "Oh Good. Bye!". Very unprofessional. I understand we all have our days but if you're seriously this unhappy find another job. It doesn't look good. I don't think I will ever reschedule here. Horrible. I needed to be treated not bad mouthed.

All my questions were answered, and I was given valuable information that I had not found in my own research. The staff is competent and professional. The office is easy to get to. There is a long wait time, but that is not unusual for OB/GYN. Dr. Miller and PA Graham are worth the wait.

No, if they had music on it was very soothing

Not at all! They are always respectful and courteous!

I'd stay clear if I were you. I wouldn't recommend them ever after my experience there. Getting an appointment at this office wasn't too difficult. Apparently they haven't ever heard of the saying "the customer's always right" here. Having a high level of customer service doesn't appear to be their top priority. They weren't careful at all, and I was in a lot of pain after my appointment.

It was so nice to arrive and see many fully qualified staff members. I've gone to some places that were very understaffed and I've never had a good experience. This place had a great staff though, and I'll definitely be going back. I wasn't pressured here to use any particular medications or birth controls. All my questions were answered and nothing was pushed on me. Their prices were very fair. The level of care you get for the price is outstanding.
