I am looking for GYN for my daughter and myself. I just called and I was turned off because the person who answered the phone was not very personable. When you answer the phone of a comp you represent them. I would not go there.

I've been going to this group for over 20 years and found that my ONLY compliant is the Girls at the window. I know everyone is busy, but please put on your best face and smile when greeting a patient. When going up the window, she said rudely "what's your name" , "take a sit" "i will call you in a minute" , Well, no smile, no how are you today and what can I help you with. Just so damn rude . The assistants inside the doctors office, BEAUTIFUL, WONDERFUL - smiling, happy and caring.
PLEASE DR. MELNICK GET RID OF THOSE GIRLS AT THE FRONT DESK AND GET SOME YOUNG PRETTY HAPPY GO LUCKY GIRLS WHO ARE PEOPLE PERSONS.
