Dr. Shrippa is Professional and knowledgable. I have been with him for many years in Staten Island and his nurse Maureen always made me feel very comfortable. Unfortunately due to work, I had to switch to his Brooklyn office and that was a completely different experience. The receptionst is always in a bad mood. She is not very helpful and ignored me a few times when I asked questions about my upcoming appointments. I also cought her making faces behind my back which made me feel extremely uncomfortable. I recommend him if you are able to see him in Staten Island at all times.

They have some of the best customer service I have ever seen. Putting their customers first is definitely a priority here and it shows. One thing I noticed about their office was how absolutely fantastic it smelled. They must clean or sanitize all the time. Although I have never had much to complain about I know that they always adhere to the customer is always right policy here. They take every complaint very seriously and strive to ensure that clients leave satisfied with their visit each and every time. I was completely at ease during my appointment here. They went to great lengths to make sure I was completely relaxed and comfortable the entire time.
