They had a huge selection of magazines in the waiting room. I was able to find some of my favorites and they kept me entertained while I was waiting for my appointment. The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all. They were very sympathetic to my situation, and made me feel cared for. I knew that I could count on them at all times. They are honnestly the best place you can go to, family run and you can just feel the love for their patients the second you walk in.

OPFP is one of the best practices in WNY. They have great service, short waits, and wonderful staff. They are always ready to answer any questions, especially Dr. Ruh. He is one of the greatest family doctors i have ever had. The practice is responsive and with very intelligent staff.

I went for the first time for a physical. It went very well. The staff was helpful even though my insurance is very unusual! They told me they would bill me if I owed anything (as there was no mention of a co-pay with my insurance). They mailed me a bill for my co-pay and sent me a hand written note telling me to feel free to do a payment plan which I thought was very nice of them! (It was less than $30 but I still thought it was sweet!).

Great staff! Great experience!
