My visit here just went from bad to worse. The receptionist was not friendly at all. . A short chubby female who did weight, temp & bp was b*tchy, gruff & rude & tangled a thermometer between my broken tooth and the one next to it and had the nerve to glare at me when I had to unjam it. Then she was complaining about her computer not working, very rude and unprofessional. The visit was a nightmare. The doctor seemed more interested in her own agenda then anything else & interrupted me if I tried to get a single word in edgewise. Some of my questions were never answered, & several I never got a chance to ask & the whole appointment seemed rushed. Apparently the dr. is oblivious to how crass her staff is or perhaps just doesn't care be II

They never have that typical, annoying music playing here. If they do play music it is soothing and appropriate for the setting. It was nice to see them treat their staff with so much respect. It was obvious that they had a good relationship with all of their staff members. I was worried that they were going to wear an obnoxious cologne, because I've dealt with that at other places, but they didn't even wear cologne. It was fantastic to be able to breathe freely the entire time. They were one of the kindest, most caring staff I've ever dealt with. It didn't matter how many times I called with a question or concern, they were always happy to help me. They were very sympathetic to my situation, and made me feel cared for. I knew that I could count on them at all times.
