Very difficult office...tried to resolve an ongoing issue for 2 weks regarding health insurance coverage..I did all the legwork. They really want to give you the run around and tell you that you have to come back for another appointement...and of course collect another co-pay...I will not be returning to this office. I do not have the time or money to continuously go back for another appointment when in fact, my insurance wil cover all services performed on the day of my visit.

Not at all! I had to schedule an appointment for absolutely everything!

Absolutely not! I don't think they have one!
Does this provider ever overbook appointments here?
All the time! the waiting rooms are always packed and It seems as if they are more concerned about quantity over quality
Is this provider willing to pursue advice from other providers when necessary?
Not at all. They were too arrogant to ask for any assistance, even though they knew it would help

Kind of, but not very well
