I love this Dr. He really cares and treats the whole patient. The staff is friendly and welcoming. They are warm and professional and feel genuinely concerned. The office often runs late, but I am willing to put up with that in exchange for thr real care and concern you get from everyone, especially Dr. Boyd. Their office was reasonably quiet. I've already told my friends and family about the fantastic experience I had there. I have used this Doctor for a decade and now drive 45 minutes to see them.

No, they are really great about answering the phone right away

Somewhat, they eventually called me back

Absolutely not!! They never listen to customers complaints and argue with them

No, its really far from the freeway and other shops

Not at all, they only make time for their favorite clients

I wasn't greeted at all when I entered their office. I could tell they noticed I walked in, but they still didn't acknowledge me. I feel like my appointment was pointless. The waiting area was overcrowded and too small. Multiple people had to stand as there were not enough seats. Everyone was pretty much wedged in. I had an appointment at 10 am and I got there at 9.30 and there were 6 people before me already waiting, I actually went upto the docter to complain about the situation of how the guys are over booking and he said "Thank you" in a rude manner and I just left.This is the worst facility and it is actually unhygenic not sure how it is still running, maybe for the people who run on Medicare only.

A couple of times they've stayed open a few minutes past their closing time to help me, but most of the time they'll close at their scheduled time whether someone needs help or not. There was no annoying music playing while I waited or during my visit. I appreciated that they didn't have that typical elevator music on. There's been quite a few times where I've been on my way to my appointment, and they've called me to postpone it. It's not all the time, but it's still annoying. Not only did they not welcome my questions, they just dismissed them as unimportant. I felt like they didn't really care about helping me. They make you miss prescriptions for maintenance medications, often for days. The office staff really is nice and helpful. The Doctor is a great guy, just ask him.

Absolutely Not! My appointment always conflicts with my schedule

Very, they contradicted everything I said and became very angry
Was this provider willing to stay open late to accomodate your needs?
Not at all. They closed early even though they knew I needed help
Did this provider listen to your input and concerns?
Definitely not! I was constantly interrupted or cut off!
