Woodbridge Medical Group is a family practice which sees patients 12 years and older for general physical exams, hypertension, upper respiratory infections, strains and sprains, low back pain, diabetes, elevated cholesterol and triglycerides, and other common disorders. . We also offer free Medicare Annual Wellness Visits and free abdominal aorta ultrasound scans for anyone with Medicare insurance. We have late-night hours on Tuesday nights and are affiliated with JFK Medical Ctr., Edison, NJ. Established in 1982 we are affiliated with Main Street Physical Therapy which treats injuries associated with motor vehicle accidents, sports injuries, and every day musculoskeletal injuries. We accept most major insurances.

Services We perform general physical exams, initial patient visits and routine visits on patients 12 years and older. We are a full-fledged family practice and perform physical examinations, electrocardiograms, ultrasounds of abdominal aortas and are a certified state blood drawing laboratory. We do complete physicals which include EKGs and laboratory services. We have an excellent patient base and pride ourselves in quality medical care.

I took my 14 year old son for a physical exam in order to play basketball for his school. I waited 4 hours. The doctor gave him a letter saying he was in great shape and health. A week later the school provided a physical form that needed to be filled out by the doctor. I called the office and asked the front desk assistant MARIA if I can drop it off and she said no because according to the rules I have to pay a copay and stay and watch the doctor fill out the form. UNHEARD of. Who makes these rules??? I was RIPPED OFF by this doctors office. I paid $60 for the letter $40 copay. I refuse to pay $40 copay again just to drop off a form and watch the doctor fill this out!!... I WAS RIPPED OFF... PLEASE DO NOT COME TO THIS DOCTOR OFFICE. Please read all the reviews and see for yourself everyone else experiences. NOT FAIR. I will take this further. This needs to be reported.. This office cannot rip people off like this. All I want is for the front desk to do their job and fill it out. simple as that.

It was very clear that they didn't take pride in their office's appearance. In fact, the office was disgusting. Don't call this provider if you're in a hurry. Every time I call I have to wait on hold forever. I think I got a gray hair the last time I was waiting. I was hoping that they would be sympathetic to my situation and understand where I was coming from. Instead, they made it completely obvious that they didn't care about me or what I had been through.
