I would never send my friends or family here. My experience here was truly horrifying. The staff here was rude and unwelcoming. Totally not a family environment at all. While they did answer some of the questions I had, I still felt at a loss for information at the end of the visit. I don't think that my provider will find a solution to my situation. I better find someone else. They are not the friendliest doctor in the world, but they are nice enough. The NP was snappy at me when I was trying to find a solution with my weight when I was told I didn't qualify since my bmi was only 37. i asked what were my options and she told me to keep what im doing (gym, eating right, and so on) because theres nothing they can do.
