The doctors at this office are the best dentist in the city of Beloit. My family has went to them for 20 years and have not had one problem. The front staff are very friendly and girles in back are gentle and kind. I would tell any of my friens to go there!! Most of the complaints are from people that always want there way and to tell the dentist what he should be doing. Great job Cain Dental!!!

My daughter and grandchildren have went to this "so-called" dentist. First, his staff, receptionist and all are the most unprofessional folks I've seen,not to mention extremely rude. They do not tell you all they should tell you when you scheduley your appointment on the phone. They lie to your face when you confront them. They get very snippy, irritable, and down right mean, saying aweful things to the customers! As for the Dentist, he should be stripped of his license. He is the most unwelcoming, uncaring, "give me your money and get out of here" dentist I've ever witnessed in my life. He has been just terrifying to children and my adult daughter (28 yrs old) went home crying because they were so utterly mean, sarcastic, and evil to her, not because of any dentistry done to her!!! She will never take her children nor herself back. A formal complaint is in the works after speaking with a professional. This entire practice should be shut down, and he should have to work in a field where he will have no contact with other human beings or animals. They don't deserve his treatment either! If you love your family you will go elsewhere, do not give in to this practice simply because they may take your insurance.

Cain wanted me to send my 5 yr old daughter back into his office by HERSELF!!!!!! I can not believe this. Our appointments were at the same time for a CLEANING AT no time did the receptionist tell me this (during the phone call or the visit) NOR was it in any of the paperwork that I filled out NOR was it posted anywhere in the office!! Another lady who was sitting beside me told me after she sent her 5 yr old son back by himself. WE never made it pass the waiting room INSTEAD I chose my daughters safety and took her home to make an appointment at a KID FRIENDLY place.
