Not at all. I felt terrible for all the staff members

I wanted to make an appointment for my four year old since I have been going to Cain Dental for years. They stated that he would have to go back by himself and I wouldn't be allowed back with him. I think as a Mother I should be able to go back with my child especially since this would be his first dentist visit. I did not make an appointment for my child here because of this and I will no longer be coming here as well. I will be going to more of a family friendly dentist in the area. One that allows parents back with their children.

They answered most of my questions but I could have used more information. Their staff was not that friendly, and didn't go out of their way to make me feel welcome. I felt like my needs were mostly met, but they didn't make any extra effort. The office was easy enough to find. I would never visit them again. I was very disappointed. This dentist was the most rude man I have ever met. Not friendly, no chairside manner to say the least. The building and everything was very nice but deceiving when you actually meet the man.

I just took my seventeen year old daughter to Cain dental today. She hadn't been to the dentist in a few years so she had a build up of tartar on the back of her bottom teeth. The hygenist was very gentle and tried to take care of this herself. She even said to my daughter that she doesn't want to have to send her in to see the dentist and have him do this because he isn't very gentle. This man did not even greet my daughter or introduce himself. He said "How old are you?" and then instead of saying Open your mouth, he just pulled her mouth open. She left bleeding and crying. My daughter has never had a cavity and has always had regular cleanings every three months until we lost our health insurance. I feel this man treated my daughter like this because we are on Badger care. I can't think of any other way this man could treat people like this and still be in business. It makes me wonder if he treats his regular insurance patients better, he must because they could go somewhere else. He's the only office in town that accepts MA.
