Dr. Spano was quiet, courteous, efficient, and thoroughly professional. All my questions and concerns were answered and addressed. The office was easy enough to find. I recommend Dr. Spano with no reservation.

Their staff is friendly and professional. He didn't respect the professional ethics, and he lied, He didn't respond a direct and simple question.. he just left the room. I felt worse when I left. I found the office, but only because I had simple, very clear directions. I would never visit them again. I was very disappointed. They answered my questions but they didn't give plans or solutions. I did feel like they were trying to rush my appointment.

Sometimes, I usually have to convince them to look into the situation

I really admire them for being more than willing to ask for help from other professionals in the field when they don't have an answer to my question. They aren't even slightly arrogant, and I'm confident they always have my best interest at heart. They make an extra effort to get to know their patients and find out what they need. They always remember me and make me feel very important. They offer the best pricing I've ever seen. I couldn't believe how little I ended up having to pay.

Not at all. They took their time and made sure I was satisfied
