Their advertising states that they strive for a positive experience for their clients. However, no one ever thought to teach the office staff at Little Smiles Dentistry in Boerne, TX how to smile. Whether it is on the phone or in person the staff is narcissistic and rude. The principle partners in this practice have no idea how their staff makes the clients feel when they call the office. Perhaps this is why the building they are in was so slow to get completed. The flood of patrons they anticipated never materialized. Indications that the dentists have to hide behind their staff in order to avoid the barrage of customer complaints are evident by the fact that there is no way for clients to contact the dentists or provide feedback. In a town with only 3500 voting residence you would think that customer service and making the client feel good would be the top priority. My family and I have committed not to use them and we recommend that you do the same.
