My first visit to Dr. CHAD Drennan was as an emergency out-of-town visitor (not a regular patient) who needed a temporary crown replaced. Dr. Chad not only fit me in his schedule promptly, but the temp crown he crafted fit better and was more comfortable than the one my San Antonio dentist had made. When I moved to this area, I knew Dr. Chad was the dentist I wanted. The procedures he's recommended have been exactly what I needed and no more, with the goal of keeping my own teeth in excellent shape. Highly recommend this professional and appreciate his patient care.

Not at all! There were barriers everywhere making it impossible for handicapped people to enter

Dr. Mike Drennan has No bedside manner nor people skills and should be required to take some type of sensitivity / bedside manner training before being allowed to practice dentistry in the State of Texas. He is rude, short tempered, and could care less about his patients or referral business. I would strongly reconsider before visiting this practice because if it happened to me, it has probably happened before or will happen again. Dr. Mike Drennan intentially tried to hurt me because he was furious that he had to clean my teeth because they were overbooked and short hygeniest. A complaint was filed with the Texas State Board of Dental Examiners, if you would like to see the complete formal complaint in detail.

Went to find out what a procedure would cost and paid at time of service the amout declared to be my responsibility then got a bill for an additional amount approximately $250. Called to talk to them about it they said it was my insurances fault. Their staff was friendly enough. I felt like my needs were mostly met, but they didn't make any extra effort. The office was easy enough to find. Needed to reschedule a dental cleaning and had made the appointment 6 months prior they encourage you to do this, but because I had something come up and needed to change I was told it would be 4 months til I could get an appointment.

Yes, they were informing me of new advancements that were extremely recent
