Absolutely not! I constantly have to repeat and re-explain my situation!

Staff was very friendly and attentative to my needs. There was no pressure to have any services completed. All possible procedures were discuss.

They paid close attention to me and all of my questions were answered. Their staff is very friendly and professional. As for Dr. Olsen himself he treated me like just another number. He was incredibly rude to his staff in front of me as well. I feel like my appointment was pointless. I had 2 filings done have now changed to another dentist that had to redrill the fillings because they werent filed down enough to keep them from cracking. Nothing was accomplished, and I felt worse when I left. I would not recommend this dentist to anyone.

It's always uncomfortable having to sit through a dental procedure when they use really cold or hot water to rinse your teeth, but they didn't do that here. They made sure that I was comfortable with the water's temperature. I've never seen a dental office that cares about their patients more than they do. They've never pressured me to get dental procedures I don't need, and they always have my best interest in mind. Their office was well organized and clean. I could tell they took a lot of time making sure it was presentable.
