Dr, Pranav is the best! if you need to have a root canal done he is the one to go to. His staff is the best and his knowledge of endodontics are suberb.

Absolutely! It is right off the freeway and close to everthing

No, but I was able to read a magazine

No, my appointment started at the scheduled time

Immediately! They gave me a friendly greeting as soon as I walked in

They were so happy to answer each and every question I had. They also encouraged me to call if I need any more answers in the future. The dentist himself called to make sure i was ok. NO Dr EVER has done that before. Their full attention is always on me and they never take personal calls during my appointment. I've been to other places that answer their phone and it just drives me crazy. Their office was one of the quietest, most peaceful places I've ever visited. I was able to relax very easily.

Yes, extremely spacious

Not at all, it was very peaceful and quiet

Yes! I was able to choose between watching TV or reading a magazine
Does this provider leave you on hold for a long time when you call?
Never! I don't think I've ever been put on hold here for a long time
Did this provider seem well-trained and experienced?
Absolutely, they were an expert!

No, they never pressured me

I waited longer than I wanted to, but it wasn't terrible

No, they've never taken personal calls with me
