Great family dentist! I can go in, have all of my children looked at, cleaned, etc. while I get myself taken care of :) The people here are wonderful, they are great with kids and each 'room' has it's own TV so the children are entertained :)

EXPERIENCE WAS HORRIBLE have been a patient for over 2years and every time you make an appointment for services....cleaning fix a broken tooth it can never be preformed you always have to make another appointment .. apparently there are 3 practices and they are all operated by one person or "owners" and they all charge different prices???? I would not send my dog to this place.. you should not have to sit and wait over an hour and a half to have the dentist tell you to make another appointment he can fix it then???? you always have to wait that long and then never end up getting done what you needed.

horrible practice and customer service of the staff horrible you should not hear an employee stand in front of you and complain about you to another staff member when honestly they have been in the wrong to begin with..HIPPA rules have been broken.

The wait last week was ridiculously long, set there for 30mins then told to fill out doc's that should of been provided when I first walked in or how about giving me the docs when I visit the office a few days ago to set up an appointment, then it took an additional .15mins to be finally seen, and I came just to have a filling red-done and the Dr insist on just doing a annual cleaning that's what not the purpose of my visit, I needed the pain to go away and instead the Dr an d her assistance was too concern about not missing their lunch at 1pm and wanted to attend to all the many many patients that where all booked around the same time, I was their first so their attention should of been focus on me and not rushing me and rescheduling me to return back a second time when the problem should of been fix the first time. The receptionist was unfriendly when I first enter I had to speak first although she glanced at me and because if I hadn't spoke first she would of ignore me, then every phone call she answer she answer with a bad attitude, rolling her eyes, giving quick answers, and she spoke to me like she was stress and didn't want to be at work. I know we all have bad days, but if your getting paid to do your job then do it RIGHT and if your getting paid to put your hands on my teeth then do it with patience and compassion.

Every time I'd ask a question, it seemed like they were annoyed and didn't want to give me an answer. I understand they're busy, but they should really treat their clients better. I had to wait forever after I arrived for my appointment. They were running really behind and I was disappointed because it threw off the rest of my day. I don't feel like I can count on them to work with me until they find a solution for my situation. They always seem like they're going to give up on me. I really appreciated that they let me rinse every so often during my dental procedure. I've been to other dentists that never let me rinse and its awful. They barely acknowledged me and rushed me in and out of the office. But most of all the dentist Heather lowry, & dr Kenneth warden HAVE A FAR CRY OF BEDSIDE MANNER, and I feel just because your are a MEDICAID PATIENT, the respect as a HUMAN BEING is not is just not RESPECTED. Oh, and don't go in the evening on TUES., THURS., FRI., OR SAT.. Well you are in the hands of such a rude PHYSICIAN NAME DR WARDEN. BEWARE MEDICAID PATIENTS.... OH THEY ALSO HAVE THE GULL TO PERFORM "BOTOX", & THATS BEING DONE BY "KING OF RUDENESS DR WARDEN"

Ive gone to this particular dentist 3 times. Each time I've sat in the waiting room longer than I sat in the dentist's chair. If you wish to loiter in a waiting room for 40 minutes +, this is the place to be! If you want to be seen at 11am, make your appointment for 10. Ridiculously unprofessional.
