Dr. Zym and his staff are professional and I am at ease when I have to have any dental work done.
Abby, the hygenist performed my cleaning the last time I was there and I was very pleased. She did a wonderful job.

Dr Zym is skilled, professional, patient, respectful, gentle, treats his patients wonderfully and offers affordable rates for his services. His new office located in Fairfield is absolutely beautiful & soothing and his office staff, Sandy & Sue, are great too. Dr Zym coupled with his staff and new offices are absolutely awesome - the very best!!

I've never had to worry about them being understaffed or not being able to help me right when I need it. They have a huge staff that's very knowledgeable and qualified. Not only were they able to provide everything they promised me, they went above and beyond and exceeded my expectations. I loved how gentle and careful they were while they were flossing my teeth. My gums didn't bleed at all. I knew I was getting top-of-the-line treatment when they told me about what they learned at the latest conference they attended, and how they were incorporating that knowledge into the practice. I was seen almost as soon as I walked in the door. I didn't have to reorganize my day around my appointment at all.

I found Dr. Zym after researching a bit on my insurance's website as well as feedback sites like this. It's a small office off of rt. 46 in a strip mall that isn't too glamorous. After 4 visits, I feel lucky. You won't find a better dentist. Dr. Zym is wonderfully knowledgeable, remarkably trustworthy, and amazingly able to communicate. The staff is friendly, always smiles, and understanding. I enjoy my visits to the dentist now, and that's not an easy thing to say. Highly, superbly recommended.
